3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

  • Photos of the packaging
  • Brief description of the issue

We will review your request and provide a replacement or full refund when appropriate.

If approved:

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
